CH.04How it works
The making-of

Follow the SOL

Where every lamport of a creator fee goes — and why nobody, including us, can redirect it.

4 cuts, one trip →
  1. Cut 1Launch

    A fan launches a token

On pump.fun, in one atomic transaction: the token is created, its creator-fee split is configured and locked forever. Nobody can change who receives the fees afterwards.

  2. Cut 2Trade

Every trade pays a creator fee

pump.fun charges it on buys and sells. Our crank periodically calls pump.fun's own distribution instruction, which pays each locked recipient their percentage.

  3. Cut 3Vault

The author share lands in the project vault

Each animator, short or series has its own vault wallet. Its address is public on the project page, so anyone can audit it on Solscan.

  4. Cut 4Paid

Only a verified, pledged, consenting animator gets it

When the animator proved ownership, signed the human-made pledge and opted in, the crank forwards the vault to their payout wallet as a donation — logged with the transaction. Until then the money waits. If the author opts out, launches close and the vault goes to a public fallback wallet (if configured) or stays put.

Why only human-made, independent work?
Because that's who is being priced out. Big studios have budgets; AI pipelines don't need tips.

Animationpad routes trading fees to solo animators, small teams and projects that are just starting — the key-frame artist on X, the pilot on Makuake, the fan club on FANBOX. Listers confirm it, verified animators pledge it, fans can report AI work and moderators close launches for anything that turns out generated.

Levels & achievements

Your supporter level grows mostly with what your trades set aside for animators, plus launches, verified projects and lobby activity. Badges get stamped on your supporter card; the best patrons make the Hall of Fame.

✎ stamp collecting
Small print. Fan tokens are memes, not shares in a film or a studio. They don't give you rights to anything, prices swing wildly and most go to zero. Animators listed here didn't issue these tokens, even when they accept donations from them.
